Currency Adjustment Factor

Currency Adjustment Factor is the percentage difference between the exchange rate applied to and the average arithmetical of daily exchange rates of NBP (National Bank of Poland) from the month preceding the month of CAF indicator is in effect.

Factor of cost structure is stating the share of forwarding and logistic cost stated in currency in relation to total costs. At present at DHL Freight it is 65% and may change with the change of costs’ structure of DHL Freight.

Currency adjustment factor (CAF) value applicable for international road freight services:

  • November 2017: EUR 0,6%
  • December 2017: EUR 0,6%
Customers are advised to review detailed information about the Currency Adjustment Factor.
